Available for the first time for purchase as a component (no belt attached), our Aegis Carbon Steel buckle, nitrided in Black.

Made from machined carbon steel, this Aegis buckle includes two stainless steel screws and one stainless steel rod (designed for belts 0.15" to 0.21" thick).

The Aegis buckle is designed for a belt approximately 1.5" wide. Wider belts will not fit. Narrower belts will fit, but will look wrong because of the extra space.

To assemble the buckle, first place the buckle on a table "belly side up". Then place the rod in the belly area of the buckle (where the engraving is). Then, insert one screw through the track of the sidewall, and screw it into one end of the rod. Repeat with second screw. We strongly recommend you use threadlocker during final assembly.
