Warranty

If you ever have an issue with a piece of gear that we made and you bought from us or one of our dealers, we will repair it or rebuild / replace it. Forever. We're here for you.

We cover manufacturing defects and damage from "wear and tear" on the buckle, stitching and belt material.   We do not cover the lifecycle of Velcro products used on Ares Gear products. 

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to abnormal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, negligence modification to the product. If it is apparent that metal clips that are used in some holster or magazine pouch applications are the cause for tearing of the stitching, that is not covered under warranty. Metal mounting clips pushed and drug over stitching cuts the stitching, that is end user damage caused by not holding the clips away from the material when taking the equipment on and off. 

We can repair that damage, but it is not covered by the warranty. 

To submit a product for warranty claim, you must contact SALES@ARESGEAR.COM and describe the damage and provide proof of purchase to qualify.  Once accepted, an RMA will be issued (Return materials authorization) and you will print a copy of that email and send the product to:

 This limited warranty is applicable to customers in the United States and who have provided proof of purchase from Ares Gear INC or an authorized dealer.
